Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to executive team members, including calendar management and meeting coordination
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations as needed
  • Assist with project management tasks, including tracking deadlines and coordinating with team members
Qualifications:
  • Experience in the construction/building materials industry
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
