Construction Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Construction/ Architect Analyst - AI Evaluation Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process real estate and construction-related documents, including leases, property data, plans, reports, budgets, and project materials
• Extract key data points from contracts and documents into structured systems and validate large volumes of data
• Analyze construction and property-related inputs to support accurate data structuring and evaluation

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in U.S. commercial real estate, construction analysis, property management, development, or PropTech
• Experience working with property documents, construction documents, leases, contracts, budgets, reports, or plans
• Background in CRE, development, construction, architecture, asset management, or operations roles involving construction plans and lease data
• Native-level English proficiency for reading, writing, and understanding professional documents
• Comfortable working with data; proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets required
