Construction and Design Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Construction and Design Counsel to assist with legal matters related to construction and design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal support on matters related to construction scope and architectural design
• Draft, review, and negotiate AIA agreements and other relevant contracts
• Advise on legal issues that arise during the design and construction phases of projects

Qualifications:

• JD degree and active license to practice law
• 5+ years of legal experience with a focus on construction and design law
• Strong knowledge of AIA contract documents and issues related to commercial construction
• Availability for approximately 20 hours per week
