Key Responsibilities:

Analyze construction contract provisions related to commercial construction claims
Provide advice on legal, contractual, and risk matters for real estate projects
Litigate construction-related disputes and manage claims

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of experience in analyzing construction contract provisions
3+ years of experience in litigating construction-related disputes
Experience working in-house for a project owner or construction contractor/designer
Knowledge of industry contracting practices and construction-related insurance issues
Licensed to practice law in good standing in AZ or NM
