Construction Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Construction Counsel to coordinate construction and procurement legal work.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal business teams, outside counsel, and legal department to provide timely legal support for projects in the Americas
• Interact significantly with regional construction and procurement contracting teams and claims teams
• Manage construction contracting and claims, with a focus on large infrastructure projects

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in construction law, preferably with a focus on procurement issues
• Experience with large infrastructure projects, particularly in the energy sector
• At least 5 years of experience at a multi-national Fortune 100 technology company
• Familiarity with AI, Power BI (or similar dashboards), and Sharepoint
• Experience in the datacenter sector is a plus
