Job Summary

A company is looking for a Construction Counsel (Infrastructure / Data Centers).

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate construction and procurement legal work with internal teams and outside counsel
Ensure timely provision of legal support for projects in the Americas
Interact significantly with regional construction and procurement contracting teams

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in construction law
Experience with large infrastructure projects, preferably in the datacenter sector
At least 5 years of experience at a multi-national Fortune 100 technology company
Familiarity with procurement and supply chain issues
Experience using AI, Power BI, and Sharepoint
