Job Summary

A company is looking for a Construction & Procurement Attorney - Data Center Infrastructure (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate complex commercial agreements related to data center infrastructure projects
• Provide legal advice on issues arising throughout the lifecycle of data center projects
• Handle negotiations with contractors, suppliers, and engineering firms for large-scale infrastructure developments

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in drafting and negotiating agreements for data center development and construction
• Experience with EPC contracts, equipment procurement agreements, and related vendor agreements
• Active law license in good standing in the state of residence
• Prior law firm or in-house experience in infrastructure or technology-focused businesses is preferred
• Outstanding references
