Construction Contract Lead

Job Summary

Overseeing complex contract activities, the full-time Construction Contract Lead will manage the development, selection, and administration of contracts while coordinating with third-party suppliers and ensuring compliance with legal requirements, all in a fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop, conduct, and evaluate RFPs as requested by project managers
• Draft and negotiate construction contracts, managing terms to mitigate risk
• Coordinate communication between legal, construction, and risk management teams

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum 5 years of related experience, preferably in construction
• Strong knowledge of construction industry practices and bidding processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
• Proven ability to provide exceptional client service
