Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of legal experience
• Significant experience with construction contracts and procurement agreements
• In-house experience in construction, energy, or infrastructure-related industries
• Excellent academic credentials from an accredited U.S. law school
• Licensed and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
