Construction Contracts Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Construction Contracts Manager to support a wide range of construction projects in a fully remote role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain contract tracking processes and policies
• Negotiate and provide recommendations on standard and nonstandard contracts
• Coordinate all aspects of project schedule, scope, and cost management

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of five years of experience in contract administration in a corporate environment
• Design/Construction experience preferred, gained through work or internships
• Preferred certifications include Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) or Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM)
• Strong understanding of contracting processes and regulations
• Ability to analyze and negotiate contract requirements effectively
