Construction Contracts Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Construction Contracts Manager to support the development of Hyperscale Data Center projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform tactical procurement activities, including contract drafting, review, and administration
• Manage and execute RFx processes and lead supplier negotiations for cost-effective outcomes
• Coordinate project meetings and monitor supplier performance to meet project requirements

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in contracts management, procurement, or project-based environments
• High school diploma or GED required
• Proven experience in construction, industrial, or manufacturing projects
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and supplier management
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote role
