Construction Contracts Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Construction Contracts Manager to support a range of construction projects and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain contract tracking processes and policies
• Negotiate and provide recommendations on standard and nonstandard contracts
• Monitor transaction compliance and oversee Service Level Agreement compliance

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in a contract administration role
• Design/Construction experience preferred
• Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM), Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM), or Certified Contracts Professional Manager (CCPM) preferred
• Knowledge of contracting processes, regulations, and terms
• Preferred certifications include CCM, PMP, PE, AIA, LEED
