Job Summary

A company is looking for a Construction Contracts Manager to support a healthcare client by managing the full contract lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain contract tracking processes and policies
• Negotiate contract terms and maintain contractual records and documentation
• Plan and coordinate project schedules, scope, and costs while ensuring compliance with agreements

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in contract administration in a corporate environment
• Design/Construction experience is preferred
• Preferred certifications include CFCM, CCCM, or CCPM
• Strong understanding of contracting processes and regulations
• Ability to analyze and negotiate contract requirements effectively
