Job Summary

A company is looking for a Construction Contracts Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare Contract Strategy Documents and assist with Single Source Justifications
• Manage the RFP process, including commercial evaluations and negotiations
• Produce and compile accurate reports for project teams and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in procurement and contract administration in construction
• Strong understanding of contract requirements and RFP/RFI preparation
• Experience in planning and leading negotiations with suppliers and clients
• Proficiency in various procurement methodologies and sourcing techniques
• 2+ years of experience with data center construction
