Construction Contracts Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Construction Contracts Manager will manage contract strategy documents, assist with RFP preparation, and oversee the RFP process for data center construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare Contract Strategy Documents with project management assistance
• Manage the RFP process, including commercial evaluations and pre-bid meetings
• Conduct negotiations and establish negotiation plans for contract agreements

Required qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in procurement and contract administration within the construction domain
• Strong understanding of contract requirements and RFP/RFI preparation
• Experience in data center construction is essential
• Proficiency in various procurement methodologies and sourcing techniques
• Ability to build strong cross-functional and supplier relationships
