Job Summary

Supporting the Fiber Design and Construction Organization, the full-time Construction Coordinator will provide administrative support, manage data tracking, and assist with project management tasks in a dynamic office environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Compile, analyze, and maintain specialized reports and data for the Construction team
  • Assist with timekeeping, attendance management, and project tracking for construction and engineering teams
  • Manage permit applications, closures, and other project-related documentation and tasks
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate degree preferred
  • Minimum of two years of experience in an administrative role
  • Familiarity with Engineering accounting guidelines for vendor invoicing
  • Experience with construction and accounting software systems preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project management software
