Job Summary
Supporting the Fiber Design and Construction Organization, the full-time Construction Coordinator will provide administrative support, manage data tracking, and assist with project management tasks in a dynamic office environment.
Key responsibilities
- Compile, analyze, and maintain specialized reports and data for the Construction team
- Assist with timekeeping, attendance management, and project tracking for construction and engineering teams
- Manage permit applications, closures, and other project-related documentation and tasks
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate degree preferred
- Minimum of two years of experience in an administrative role
- Familiarity with Engineering accounting guidelines for vendor invoicing
- Experience with construction and accounting software systems preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project management software
