Job Summary

A company is looking for a Construction Cost Management Consultant to oversee cost management delivery for commercial real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage cost management for commercial real estate projects through all phases from planning to closeout
• Develop and present recommended budgets for pre-bid and pre-construction cost estimating and planning services
• Align cost plans with project schedules and manage cash flows and project accruals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to exercise judgment based on analysis of multiple information sources
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset
• Sophisticated math skills for financial-related calculations
