Construction Cost Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Construction Cost Manager - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage cost management for real estate projects from planning to closeout
• Develop and present budgets for pre-bid and pre-construction cost estimating services
• Align cost plans with project schedules and manage cash flows and project accruals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience, or equivalent education and experience
• Knowledge of estimating software, preferably OST
• Ability to read and understand architectural drawings and knowledge of construction practices
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Sophisticated math skills for financial calculations
