Job Summary

Overseeing multiple commercial real estate solutions, the full-time Construction Cost Manager will manage cost estimation, financial governance, and digital transformation initiatives while collaborating with clients and project teams across various locations, including remote options.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cost models for rapid estimating and benchmarking across construction projects
• Align cost plans with project schedules to manage financial risks and ensure compliance with client policies
• Support the development of AI-enabled cost modeling tools and contribute to process improvements for efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education
• Innovative mindset to develop methods beyond existing solutions
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
• Expert organizational skills and advanced mathematical abilities
• Ability to solve unique problems using both standard and innovative solutions
