Job Summary

Overseeing cost management for commercial real estate projects, the full-time Construction Cost Manager will manage all aspects of cost delivery for small to medium-sized clients, ensuring compliance with internal policies and providing innovative solutions throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage all facets of cost management for commercial real estate projects from planning to closeout
  • Develop and present recommended budgets based on project scope and client needs
  • Align cost plans with project schedules and manage cash flows and project accruals
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5+ years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to exercise judgment based on analysis of multiple information sources
  • Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset
  • Sophisticated math skills for financial-related calculations
