Job Summary
Overseeing cost management for commercial real estate projects, the full-time Construction Cost Manager will manage all aspects of cost delivery for small to medium-sized clients, ensuring compliance with internal policies and providing innovative solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Manage all facets of cost management for commercial real estate projects from planning to closeout
- Develop and present recommended budgets based on project scope and client needs
- Align cost plans with project schedules and manage cash flows and project accruals
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5+ years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Ability to exercise judgment based on analysis of multiple information sources
- Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset
- Sophisticated math skills for financial-related calculations
