Construction Cost Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Construction Cost Specialist - Data Centers.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end cost control services including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Support Project Managers by managing all cost-related processes and facilitating financial coordination
• Analyze tool usage for process improvement and support cross-phase coordination regarding cost-related matters

Required Qualifications

• Proven track record in managing costs for hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise data center projects
• 3+ years of data center construction scheduling and/or project management expertise
• Deep understanding of cost drivers in data center development
• Current knowledge of material costs, labor rates, and supply chain risks
• Experience in contract support including negotiation and change management in large projects
