Job Summary
Analyzing cost trends and providing insights for a global data center portfolio, the full-time Construction Data Analyst will manage data analytics, dashboard reporting development, and cost management duties, working remotely from Nashville, Tennessee.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze cost trends and opportunities across various construction stages of a global data center portfolio
- Perform benchmarking, trend identification, and growth forecasting to support internal initiatives
- Develop and maintain project cashflow forecasts and accruals on a monthly basis
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in data analysis, including benchmarking and statistical methods
- Previous experience in data center or industrial/manufacturing projects
- Advanced software skills in Excel and Power BI Dashboards
- UAT/QA experience is beneficial
- Strong presentation skills and ability to thrive in a client-facing role
