Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of litigated Construction Defect claim handling experience
• Technical background with emphasis on coverage issue identification
• In-depth knowledge of liability policy language and coverage interpretation
• Experience in a regulated environment ensuring compliance with procedures
• College degree required
