Job Summary

Managing complex Construction Defect claims processes, the full-time Complex Claims Manager will investigate, evaluate, and resolve high-severity claims while working remotely across various states.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, assess, and resolve complex or high-exposure Construction Defect claims within authority limits
• Conduct comprehensive coverage analysis and determine liability exposure
• Negotiate settlements within authority limits and in alignment with organizational objectives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, insurance, or a related field
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in handling Complex Construction Defect claims
• Prior experience managing complex or high-severity claims preferred
• Experience with litigation management and settlement negotiation
• Adjuster license as required by jurisdiction
