Job Summary
A company is looking for a Construction Director to provide project management experience for designated projects and assignments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain project budgets and timelines
- Coordinate project reports and oversee the selection and contracting of consultants and construction teams
- Supervise project management staff and provide documentation and reports to clients and management teams
Required Qualifications:
- B.S. Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in engineering/construction project management
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a project management role
- Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in leading, motivating, and developing employees
