Job Summary

A company is looking for a Construction Director to provide project management experience for designated projects and assignments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain project budgets and timelines
  • Coordinate project reports and oversee the selection and contracting of consultants and construction teams
  • Supervise project management staff and provide documentation and reports to clients and management teams
Required Qualifications:
  • B.S. Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in engineering/construction project management
  • At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a project management role
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in leading, motivating, and developing employees
