Construction Disbursement Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Construction Disbursement Officer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Administer disbursing projects and ensure timely processing of construction transactions and draws
• Monitor trust accounts, post incoming funds, and manage lien waivers and check distributions
• Organize project files, resolve customer inquiries, and contribute to team goals

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in a commercial escrow officer or related position
• Hands-on experience with lien waivers and construction payment documents is a plus
• Proficient in Excel, Office, and Outlook
• Prior escrow or banking experience is a plus
