Construction Draw Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Construction Draw Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and determine appropriate draw disbursement on holdback construction loans by reviewing related documentation and inspection photos
• Ensure compliance with loan documents, credit policy, and applicable laws
• Coordinate communications with all parties involved in the draw process, including borrowers and contractors

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2+ years of experience in client coordination, workflow management, or documentation review
• Experience in the construction industry, funds control, real estate/mortgage, or loan servicing preferred
• General knowledge of the residential construction process and related terminology
• Excellent computing skills, including experience with MS Excel and database platforms like Salesforce or Oracle
