Construction Draw Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Draw Analyst (Construction Lending).

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze initial documentation for new construction to validate project readiness and budget alignment
• Evaluate and determine phased draw disbursements based on construction progress and key milestones
• Ensure compliance with loan documents, credit policy, and applicable laws while coordinating communications among all parties involved

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience (2+ years) in construction funds control, draw management, or loan servicing focused on ground up projects
• Experience in the construction industry, funds control, real estate/mortgage, or loan servicing preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
• Deep knowledge of the phased construction life cycle for residential ground up projects and relevant documentation
• General knowledge of construction and mortgage terminology
