Construction ERP Consultant

Job Summary

Leading end-to-end ERP implementations for construction industry clients, the remote Construction ERP Consultant will guide organizations through discovery, solution design, configuration, training, testing, and go-live activities while building trusted relationships with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead ERP implementations tailored for construction clients, facilitating discovery sessions and gathering business requirements
• Analyze workflows to identify process improvements, design ERP solutions, and conduct fit/gap analyses
• Support client training, data migration, and post-go-live adoption while collaborating with project teams

Required qualifications

• Experience in the construction industry, either as a consultant or end user
• Proven experience implementing or supporting ERP solutions for construction organizations
• Strong understanding of construction accounting and project-based financial management
• Familiarity with job costing, retainage, subcontractor management, and project reporting
• Experience leading ERP discovery sessions and translating business processes into system solutions
