Construction Estimator

Job Summary

Remote and full-time, the Estimator will evaluate construction plans and specifications, collaborate with outside sales to drive customer satisfaction, and manage the estimating process to enhance market share.

Key responsibilities

• Read, evaluate, and interpret construction plans, drawings, specifications, and addenda
• Coordinate project communication with Sales, Installation, and Customer stakeholders to ensure technical accuracy
• Create accurate and detailed submittal packages, managing the approval process through to Project Management handoff

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of construction estimating or project management experience
• High school diploma
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
