Construction Estimator

Job Summary

To support pre-construction efforts, the full-time General Construction Estimator will collaborate with various stakeholders to develop accurate cost estimates, review construction documents, and maintain project alignment on scope and budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Review and interpret construction documents, including drawings and specifications
• Develop and submit RFIs and solicit quotes from suppliers and subcontractors
• Perform quantity take-offs and apply appropriate unit pricing using estimating software

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in estimating or related field work
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Experience with OST or similar estimating software preferred
• Highly organized and self-motivated
• Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
