Construction Estimator - Mechanical

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Construction Estimator - Mechanical with experience in mechanical and process piping, the role will develop cost plans, support client land acquisitions, and deliver updated cost plans at design milestones while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Developing cost plans and estimates from concept through detailed design
• Delivering and presenting updated cost plans at appropriate design milestones
• Preparing cash commit forecasts for the construction life cycle

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in construction cost management roles
• Experience in estimating, cost engineering, or project cost controls
• Good knowledge of value management and value engineering in the construction industry
• Proficiency in measurement software; CostX experience preferred
