Construction Estimator with CSA Focus

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Construction Estimator with CSA Focus, the successful candidate will develop cost plans and estimates, support client land acquisitions, and deliver updated cost plans while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Developing cost plans and estimates from concept through detailed design
• Delivering and presenting updated cost plans at appropriate design milestones
• Preparing cash commit forecasts for the construction life cycle

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in a construction cost management role
• Experience supporting program-level cost management for medium or large-scale construction projects
• Good knowledge of construction industry technical matters, such as value management and value engineering
• AACE membership or equivalent preferred but not essential
