Construction Feasibility Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Feasibility Analyst to review and approve residential rehab projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Review borrowers' scope of work documents and conduct due diligence on project feasibility
• Analyze proposed construction projects, including plans, permits, timelines, and budgets
• Collaborate with the Valuation Department and provide feedback to Underwriting and Risk Departments

Required Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree is required
• 2-5 years of work experience in a real estate, construction, or related field
• Direct professional experience in residential construction
• Ability to review project plans and specifications
• Experience with construction contracts and scopes of work
