Job Summary

A company is looking for a Feasibility Analyst in Construction Lending.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and conduct due diligence on borrowers' scope of work documents to assess project feasibility
• Analyze proposed construction projects, including project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Make independent decisions regarding project approvals and collaborate with the Valuation Department

Required Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree or equivalent field experience
• 5+ years of work experience in construction or a related field
• Direct professional experience in residential ground-up construction; multifamily experience preferred
• Ability to review project plans and specifications
• Experience with construction contracts and scopes of work
