Job Summary

A company is looking for a Construction Feasibility Analyst II.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze construction budgets, contracts, and plans to mitigate financial risks
• Review client design plans and provide comments on feasibility and loan risk
• Act as a liaison between various stakeholders regarding construction-related issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in construction management
• Advanced knowledge of construction loans and terminology
• Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Fluent use of construction budget confirmation systems
