Construction Feasibility Analyst

Job Summary

Working fully remote in a full-time capacity, the Construction Feasibility Analyst II will analyze construction project scopes and documentation to mitigate financial risks in construction loan products while collaborating with clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Confirm construction budgets, contracts, and plans while advising on loan structures to minimize risk
• Review client design plans and budgets, providing insights on feasibility and loan risk
• Act as a liaison among underwriters, credit analysts, and clients regarding construction-related issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in construction management
• Advanced knowledge of construction loans and terminology
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Fluency in construction budget confirmation systems, such as Marshall and Swift Estimator
