Construction Feasibility Analyst
Job Summary
Working fully remotely, the full-time Construction Feasibility Analyst II will analyze rehab project documentation and construction budgets, ensuring financial risk mitigation and supporting informed lending decisions while collaborating with clients and internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Provide confirmation of construction budgets, contracts, and plans while advising on loan structures to mitigate risk
- Review and comment on design plans, budgets, and third-party reports to assess feasibility and loan risk
- Act as a liaison among underwriters, credit analysts, and clients regarding construction-related issues
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in construction management
- Advanced knowledge of construction loans and terminology
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Fluent use of construction budget confirmation systems (e.g., Marshall and Swift Estimator)
