Job Summary

Joining a dynamic construction lending team, the full-time remote Construction Lending Administrator will manage borrower communications during the modification process from construction to permanent loans, ensuring timely completion of final draws and insurance requirements.

Key responsibilities:

• Notify borrowers about insurance requirements and expectations for final draw
• Request and balance final loan numbers for construction funds and fees
• Track the modification process from final draw to executed modification recording

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to mortgage lending
• Solid analytical skills with prudent judgment
• Exceptional organization and time management skills
