Construction Lending Processor

Job Summary

Construction Lending Processor is a full-time position responsible for processing Construction to Perm loans, ensuring accurate documentation and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and process loan documentation for Construction to Perm loans
• Maintain loan information systems and ensure quality loan packages are submitted to underwriting
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service while prioritizing customer needs

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Mortgage Loan Processing experience
• Minimum 5 years of FHA/VA/USDA and construction lending experience
• Proficient with Construction to Perm programs (1x close and 2x close)
• Knowledge of loan guidelines for Conventional, FHA, USDA, and VA loans
• Advanced experience with automated underwriting systems (DU/LP/GUS)
