A company is looking for a Renovation/Construction to Permanent Draw Administrator.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage renovation and construction to permanent loan processes and projects
• Develop and maintain administrative processes related to loan documentation and funding
• Analyze inspection reports and monitor project progression to ensure compliance and service quality

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in business or technology field or equivalent experience preferred
• 3+ years of experience in mortgage lending, particularly in construction loan administration
• Experience with managing servicing construction loan projects and third-party relationships preferred
