Job Summary

A company is looking for a Real Estate Construction Loan Administrator (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor the construction loan process and collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project scope and requirements
  • Review loan documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with standards and regulations
  • Engage third-party inspectors and title agents to ensure all necessary documentation and evaluations are in place
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in Commercial or SBA Loan Administration, or
  • High School Diploma or GED and 6 years of experience in Commercial or SBA Loan Administration
  • Preferred experience in Centralized Commercial Real Estate Administration, Construction, or SBA servicing/closing
