Job Summary

A company is looking for a Real Estate Construction Loan Administrator (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Monitor the construction loan process and collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project scope and requirements
Review loan documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with standards and regulations
Engage third-party inspectors and title agents to ensure all necessary documentation and evaluations are in place

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in Commercial or SBA Loan Administration, or
High School Diploma or GED and 6 years of experience in Commercial or SBA Loan Administration
Preferred experience in Centralized Commercial Real Estate Administration, Construction, or SBA servicing/closing
