Key Responsibilities

• Manage construction to permanent loan processes and projects
• Develop and maintain administrative processes related to loan documentation and funding
• Analyze inspection reports and monitor project progression to ensure compliance with service levels

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in business or technology field or equivalent experience preferred
• 3+ years of experience in mortgage lending, specifically in construction lending or loan administration
• Experience managing servicing of construction loan projects and third-party relationships preferred
