Job Summary

Overseeing construction to permanent loan processes, the full-time remote Construction to Permanent Draw Administrator will manage loan documentation, collaborate with various stakeholders, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage construction to permanent loans processes, including loan documentation review and funding
  • Develop and maintain administrative processes and relationships with external customers and vendors
  • Analyze inspection reports and monitor project progression to ensure timely and accurate draw requests
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business or technology field or equivalent experience preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in mortgage lending, specifically in construction lending or loan administration
  • Experience in managing servicing of construction loan projects and third-party relationships preferred
