Job Summary
Overseeing construction to permanent loan processes, the full-time remote Construction to Permanent Draw Administrator will manage loan documentation, collaborate with various stakeholders, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage construction to permanent loans processes, including loan documentation review and funding
- Develop and maintain administrative processes and relationships with external customers and vendors
- Analyze inspection reports and monitor project progression to ensure timely and accurate draw requests
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or technology field or equivalent experience preferred
- 3+ years of experience in mortgage lending, specifically in construction lending or loan administration
- Experience in managing servicing of construction loan projects and third-party relationships preferred
