Construction Loan Coordinator

Job Summary

Providing essential intake and coordination for the Construction Lending department, the full-time remote Construction Loan Coordinator will manage incoming requests, prioritize the ServiceNow ticket queue, and assist branch teams with contractor documentation and process guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and track ServiceNow tickets and shared inbox requests, ensuring accurate status updates and closure documentation
• Provide responses to general scenario and guideline questions using approved department resources and templates
• Assist branch teams in gathering contractor review documents and route complex scenarios to appropriate specialists

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in mortgage operations, loan setup, processing, or branch support
• Direct experience working within construction lending
• Demonstrated experience using Encompass or equivalent Loan Origination Software (LOS)
• Proven ability to manage shared inboxes or ticketing systems like ServiceNow
• Solid foundational knowledge of mortgage operations and standard mortgage loan documentation
