Job Summary

To ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, the remote Construction Loan Coordinator will manage construction to permanent loan processes, develop administrative procedures, and maintain relationships with builders and vendors in a full-time capacity.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the approval processes for construction to permanent loans and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Develop and maintain administrative processes related to builder document reviews and project approvals
  • Track and manage builder documents and maintain the builder accepted list to ensure service quality standards are met
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business or technology field or equivalent experience preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in mortgage lending, specifically in construction lending or loan administration
  • Experience in onboarding and managing construction loan projects and third-party relationships preferred
  • Strong knowledge of construction project management and state lien laws preferred
  • Understanding of FHA underwriting guidelines
