Construction Loan Manager

Job Summary

Managing the construction lending process, the full-time Construction Loan Manager will process closings, oversee draw requests, and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure timely loan disbursements while working onsite in Florham Park, NJ.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate construction project submission packages for completeness and feasibility
• Coordinate communication among borrowers, contractors, and vendors to facilitate accurate loan closings
• Manage the construction draw process, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of mortgage and construction loan experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint
• Experience with the Encompass system preferred
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to maintain comprehensive records for audit and reporting purposes
