Construction Loan Origination Coach

Job Summary

Dedicated to enhancing the skills and performance of OTC-certified Loan Officers and Loan Officer Assistants, the full-time remote Construction Loan Origination Coach will provide training on loan structuring, documentation accuracy, and program requirements to improve submission quality.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver ongoing training and individualized coaching on OTC guidelines and documentation best practices
• Teach Loan Officers how to evaluate Builder Acceptance packages and structure construction loans effectively
• Review construction documentation with Loan Officers, modeling best practices for future submissions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Minimum five years of experience in construction lending and secondary market guidelines
• Strong knowledge of construction lending and OTC programs
• Proven ability to coach and train others effectively
• Experience with Loan Hub, DDA, and loan documentation review preferred
