Construction Loan Processor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Construction Loan Processor to manage loan documentation and communication with clients and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with various companies to obtain and verify necessary vendor information for loan processing
• Review and analyze borrower's credit, income, and assets, ensuring all documentation is complete before submission to underwriting
• Prepare loan approval summaries and manage the loan pipeline within allotted turn times

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3-5 years of residential mortgage processing experience
• Experience with renovation and/or new construction lending
• Familiarity with automated Loan Origination Systems, specifically Encompass LOS
• Knowledge of RESPA guidelines and mortgage-related regulations
