Construction Loan Processor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Construction Loan Processor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with various companies to obtain and verify necessary documentation for loan processing
• Review and analyze borrower's credit, income, and assets prior to underwriting submission
• Prepare and deliver a complete loan package to the underwriter for approval or denial

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3-5 years of residential mortgage processing experience
• Experience with renovation and/or new construction lending
• Knowledge of mortgage regulations, including RESPA guidelines
• Experience with automated Loan Origination Systems, specifically Encompass LOS
